Usc75 has raised this AFCA-CCP topic a few times before. The first post was moderated for the want of supporting facts, and it now cannot be viewed. My response of 08/11/19 41310421 can be viewed. I asked for supporting links, but never received an answer. Usc75 has raised the AFCA-CCP topic several times since, and I have used these to repeat my request for links to support his claims, but to no avail.

I am not stating that there is no significant issue between AFCA and CCP, but after spending many hours trying to find the smoking gun, I have not found it. Anybody can lodge an online complaint against CCP with AFCA, and I am sure some have been lodged, and dismissed, or easily resolved. If one reads about recent banking hassles one often sees reference to CCP, but that acronym usually relates to either Credit Card Protection [insurance] or Clearing Counterparties, which has something to do with derivatives, for example of that usage see https://pmclegal-australia.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/02/PMC-Legal-Q3-2018-Regulatory-Update.pdf.

If there is a smoking gun, I want to find it.
