If MGX are looking at suspending operations the smart money (insiders) were/are already aware of this fact and have been selling! If anything such an announcement would send the share price higher, first target 65c to close the gap! Noting that OZL need to acquire a bulk commodity operation (coal,IO,Uranium) to become a true diversified miner and shield itself from its current share price volatility and appease larger investment funds I would find it extremely difficult to believe that they are not running their eye over a potential 10MT pa IO miner like MGX as a bolt on acquisition.
