A pleasure. I think the other issue relevant to debt is the WES Divident Reinvestment Plan:
1) Historically, WES turns it on or off depending on whether their gearing moves above or below their 45-70% target range.
2) When the DRP is operating, the takeup rate by traditional (pre-Coles) holders is very high.
3) Aside from the DRP takeup rate, on occasion they've gotten the DRP underwritten to assure they get a big cash injection.
One more reason that I don't foresee the WES cupboard running bare!
