The 4 negative points you are telling us about ( if they all make sense ?) are already priced in , if they were positive OSL would be trading north of one dollar.
If I had any doubts on a stock the same way you do with OSL I would be selling , there is plenty of other opportunities at the moment on the share market you could be happy with .
