....and BINGO !.......then it dawn's on me that the whole reason they release the 5B today .......being a Friday and a total of 7 trading days ( less ANZAC Day - Gob Bless ' em ) , is that it actually coincides exactly with the day they issue the placement to the selected ' single ' UK- based Institutional Investor so that they ( our BOD ) can make the poignant statement that they don't actually need this $1.45 million ...but are doing it because it goes beyond just this simple aspect of the money side of it.

So they want us to clearly know this and are making a significant statement by releasing it today. And why else would you time the release of your ' required ' Cash-Flow statement when it's not actually required......
