Because Kate and MK have covered all bases by saying these very important little words -
could - may and possibly in the statements that led to massive spike in the share price.
ASIC as we know is hopeless.
The only way to affect the people that cost us money is to highlight how misleading the company is.
With nobody buying they could never raise capital again and Kates travel fund will eventually dry up.
