Just from a quick glance at their website, it looks like a similar concept but on a much smaller scale
I'm only seeing campus/corporate tournaments with one community season ladder starting soon (unsure if this includes or is related to the campus/corporate tournaments?).
Their games are limited to Dota, PubG and MobileLegends...
Plus i can only see 4 sponsors, all being local to Indonesia from a quick google. - there is a very limited ambassadors pages?
It might a very similar idea/approach but I wouldn't call it 'direct' competition in its current setting
