the shares have been issued at 11c which is about the average price that the stock has been trading at over the last month or so,
the announcement read that the takeover may or may not proceed, so you cant ask the company to stop running its business in the meantime
they obviously needed the capital to fund the business growth, and raised the funds at 'market price'
the company had approx 200M issued shares, so this capital raising of 18M shares is less than 10% of the total capital
what other options does the company have to fund its growth ? debt ? not favoured in this market
i see it positive that the company was able to raise the funds in this market environment
