AFG only wears a 2% interest penalty for deferring the AFGHA coupon payment. But that may be irrelevant anyway, if the directors decide the company isn't solvent any more.
This is on the edge - there's a good reason there's only $50 million of equity and the subordinated debt is trading at 10c!
