I would have thought that the auditor would have already looked at the revenue. The auditor would also be seen as independent.

Investors did not get to see what the auditor got to see. My thoughts on the independent expect were more along the lines of helping ISX improve their disclosure, as that appears to be an issue. In my opinion, directors shareholdings is another area that could have been disclosed in a clearer manner.
