MCO have been working there since 1992 in fits & starts. when nick garling took control of day to day affairs in 2006/2007 the co. become focused; purchased 5 diamond drill rigs (2 u/g : 2 surface - one used for spare parts), & started a drill-out on the rich 7 sub-level & the level 9 south area now called Maxwells project.

they enlisted morrie goodz to decode the 45,000 pages of archival records left by GMA (WMC), & after using 45% of the archival data got their 910,000 ounces jorc resource. plenty more to come.

they have dewatered the 1km. deep mine to the level 10 in 2007.

they are now pulling ore out of the mine. initial goldpour in 2 weeks time..........
