Are you kidding? The ASX rules exist for one purpose only ....to offer the buyer of stocks a degree of protection and thus a degree of confidence in a stormy sea filled with hungry sharks at every turn.. I like the ASX rules very much and those rules are one reason why the ASX has soared compared to the rather rule less NZSX.
I remain keen for a kind forum member to answer my query “ Why is the proposed issue of shares at no cost ( 11%of existing capital) to Keytone directors AGAINST ASX rules “
