I don't have any concern this bozo is selling his pittance in shares.

I just think they should have more common sense than to sell after the huge price falls. It also shows he has limited financial management ability to be caught out having to sell a piddley amount of shares to cover whatever he needs to at the lows of the market. I hope poeple who are responsible for Board positions have more financial savvy than being caught out with liquidity issues and being forced sellers.

Again, his selling if of absolutely no concern to me and is more a reflection of him as a director of a publicly listed company. I have worked along side many listed company directors and what he has done is poor form.

That's a very different scenario to a long term director/investor taking money out of the market after holding for a while and owning a large position.
