    Imagine...

    The ASX discussed the matter concerning ISX with ASIC and then ASIC said to the ASX, "................it is entirely up to you".

    After some deliberation, the ASX decided to suspend.

    In that scenario the ASX made the decision without any direction nor request from ASIC but the decision was done in consultation with ASIC.
