Why are long suffering stockholders being mushroomed?
Over the weekend, I wondered why BRN would issue 100M + shares at a ridiculously discounted price, to undisclosed recipients. My conspiracy thought is that it has provided them with another 100M + friendly votes to get a generous remuneration plan through for directors and the executive.
Watch out for the remuneration plan, out soon!!
