Because they have only identified 3 years Reserves (considerably more in resources, but will there be a div attached?). Theyre operating at peak, have been doing so for years and not paying a divvy, because CoVid is an unknown entity in Phils and with restrictions to sourcing only local workers theres unkown speed/safety and because 11 soldiers were killed and decapitated this weekend by MILF (video is circulating with some Arabic and Malaysian terrorists in the video) and lastly because Phils has "loose" gov't and could increase taxes unannounced to help pay CoVid costs.

The company needs to give an indication of where future monies are going apart from just back into the mine and their salaries.
