Hi Spid81 the Pareto due diligence superseded the previous agreement....The deck was cleared when Pareto launched the bond note....The Corparate presentation was in effect the cleansing statement....
If you think other wise report your issue to the Asx...While there complain that they are also using jorc cide compliant statements...Tell them that cut off grade does not matter and you have a number of other concerns...
