Just been reading up on the disclosure requirements of options exercise prices post consolidation, and it looks like according to 3.11.2 of the guidance notes for listed entities, the entity needs to disclose the exercise price of options post a consolidation.
CTM disclosed the exercise price of the CTMOC’s but they did not disclose the exercise price for each of the unlisted options. Looking at the Feb 27 disclosure for the consolidation, and also the April 7 disclosure, under section 5.2, the options listed as CTMAS states “various option prices on various dates”, is a lame cop out to disclose what management options are exercisable at.
A re-issue of todays 3Y is necessary, imo, so we know what each directors options interests are at each exercise price.
