lol... most stocks I hold for 2+ years. not sure that's short term trading. im up 4x in a month, it's called being prudent. I'm not tearing the whole thing apart, so pls don't take me for downramping. all I'm saying is having purchased it, hellofresh is a better alternative IMO, and an issue the company has to deal with as switching costs are zero... the model isn't sustainable in the LT with a large number of players in market; it has to consolidate. given HF's balance sheet is significantly better than MMM, I'd bank on the fact that HF could get away a deal to acq MMM at some stage if the acq cost doesn't outstrip the per customer acq cost they'd already pay, otherwise they'll just outspend them.
