My predictions,,,,,, Savanna will die,,, when it eventually gets a hearing,,,,,,, BMN will spike,,, then they will raise capital near current levels (by that time it will be a discount)

That's my optimistic view,,,,, my pessimistic view and recommendation for a ST & LT sell is that this Savanna will continue for too long precluding a capital raising (try raising capital with legal proceedings over your assets.. it will fail) till the cash situation forces BMN to cut back on their projected drilling or DFS or one of their contractors demands payment and there is a focus on their lack of cash.
