But the sooner the JV locks-in those contracts (yes, presumably at more favorable rates), the sooner FAR must meet cash calls...

We would want the timing to be near-perfect, which would be in a rather narrow temporal window, I would think...
POO up, in order to increase our borrowing power, but oilfield crews still not completely contracted...
And we are neither the operator, nor a majority partner... we do not hold a particularly strong hand, unfortunately.
