Imo STX will up their bid soon as it will be worth a lot more when they continue the drilling program. They will want to take it at a good deal before the next target is drilled. I would accept something that is reasonable provided it’s only for the 50% of the project and not the whole of WGO as I believe WGO can then focus on its other projects which I believe will be successful.
