I got it for 22 dollars. the note is interest cumulative. so if the interest is not paid this time, it will be recorded to be paid in the future. the note interest payment ranks before dividend payment. the posssibility of the redemption of the note for 100 dollars cash is very low with current financial situation. they might give the note holders shares in the company. If so, it is still less risky than directlly holding shares.
