My question arising from your comments, was this product market driven, that is, did the request for this configuration come from the distributors, or was it top down driven by FLC? If it's the latter, then FLC must have seen the market open to great decentralisation. Or was a combination of both, that is, a result of close discussion and consultation with their distributors and that the distributor believes there is demand for it.
The implications is that if it's FLC driven, they will have to spend a lot of time convincing the market. If it is a combination of both, we will see orders quicker.
