The reason I believe that the news on Mexico is due out soon and related to these articles was that they may have been performing another trial but obviously it turns out that it was another and yes much more inferior product.

In the past 10 days there have also been these 2 news releases. I'm unsure if they have been posted on here but I will repost them in my next 2 postings. One relates to further 150 schools to commence anti doping tests and the other is even newer where students submitted to 3700+ tests carried out (probably urine based) and 155 failed.
Mexico has also copped it quite hard in the past few weeks with the economic down turn but Calderons last speech (yesterday) was quite positive in that they are starting to make significant inroads.
