Now that all of the plants are generating, dividends, and operating expenses (including interest) are fully funded from income. Prior to this, dividends were partially funded as required from cash reserves from the date the company was started through to the date all plants were fully operational. This was always the intention so that the company could provide a reliable income for investors, as this is the reason it was created in the first place.
