SHAREHOLDER FEEDBACK

Dear Dr Rajen,
My name is xxxxxxxxx and I am currently a shareholder in your company since Feb 2020. Not a large shareholder (I only hold a modest 300k shares).I have some constuctive feedback I would like to provide in the hopes that it may give you some perspective from shareholders and hopefully encourage you and your team to make good future decisions based on this feedback.

My main concern is clarity around previous information announced to the public via the ASX. Previously on the 16th of March you announced testing on Covid-19 to commence in UK. The announcement stated that Pathaway would be tested on Covid-19 and explained the difficulty of getting the virus from China for testing. Although it was not specifically stated, this lead shareholders to believe that we were testing against the human strain. If testing against the feline surrogate was always the intention this should have been made clear in that announcement. Many investors, including myself made investment decisions based on this announcement and were very excited at the prospect of being the first company to have proven ability against the human virus making us incredibly unique in that sector.
Although I am very happy with the recents test results, as I'm sure you are too, I feel that I and everyone was mislead.
I also have some concerns about the professionalism of the announcement which appears to not even have been proof read. I refer you to the following exert, "a surrogate the COVID-19 novel coronavirus", which clearly should have read a surrogate OF the COVID-19.I also refer you to the section headed "Outline of Test Method (Obligatory Test Conditions)". This section describles testing procedures and has been added twice for no apparent reason. I can only assume it was only supposed to written once and that this an editing error.Lastly I refer to the wording in the statement "Company will not market the product as effective against COVID-19 unless it obtains this"I believe the correct word used for this statement should have been UNTIL it obtains this. The approval is an obligatory requirement to state Pathaway's effectiveness against Covid-19 and there is no reason to expect that we won't get it, therefore I think this kind of wording only creates unneccesary doubt in peoples minds.I also think that more attention could have been given to the other viruses that were successfully tested against, especially the flu virus. Although I understand Covid-19 was the main focus of the testing, but the other results are also great news and will become important later down the track when Covid-19 is back under control. It shows people that the product is more than just a solution to a short term problem. Instead the results are buried at the bottom using jargon I don't even understand and leaving me unsure of how effectively it worked, if at all. A simple statement such as "Pathaway also proven 99.99% effective against other virus including common flu and other corona viruses" would have made all the difference.
These sorts of simple mistakes and missed opportunities create doubt and uncertainty in the minds of potential investors. And most could have been avoided by simple proof reading. I implore you to hire someone who can take care of this for you. You need an expect, someone who specialises in this area that can look at the announcements from a legal, professional and most importantly marketing perspective. A proffesional announcment writer in effect. A person like this could also advise you on what information should and should not be announced to investors to create awareness and company value. For example, an expert like this could have advised that it was not necessary to create a pause in trading and announce that Julia Mcguire's tweet has been retacted. Ms McGuire and her team are not a direct part of the company, therefore all that needed to be done was to call her and tell her to clarify the tweet on Twitter. There was no need to announce it to the ASX and shake investor confidence.Bust most importantly, why was there no announcement about Julia and here team being appointed? This is great news. Ms Mguire and her company are a fantastic realtions outlet and did greats things for Zoono. This kind of information should be announced as soon as it happens. This is the kind of thing that gives investors confidence and adds great value to HCT. It should be announced with pride.
I have great confidence in you and your team. The products you have created over the last 7 years are nothing short of incredible. The potential for some of these products, like 80 less, is mindblowing. But it's time to create some company value for all of us, including yourself. You need someone to take care of the announcements so you and your team can focus on making deals and creating more incredible new products. Announcements are more important than you know. They are the catalyst for share price movements and new investors and they need to be highly professional and very well considered, otherwise the incredible work you are doing is wasted.

A good email and I hope the good Dr takes notice of your advice. I have lived in Asia for 25 years and in my experience these errors are quite common practice as quite often there is a reluctance to hire the right professionals or outsource the PR. Great product, poor way of communicating by keeping it in-house.
