Jack I forgot to mention that I read posts and news about the Treasurer preventing a Chinese coy from participating in a $20m placement in an Aust REE coy. NRO knows the one. It now needs to look elsewhere for capital. It lines up with my reading that the Aust Govt is not keen on Chinese coys taking advantage of the current financial difficulties some companies are experiencing.

So one could conclude that GGGs plans to have Shenghe and or other Chinese companies fund the Project ( refer announcements) going down the drain. Where will the funds come from for the mine development. No one seems to have a valid answer nominating actual sources.
