Cutebaby How many times a day do you email Dr Rajen? Every second post from you is encouraging people to email him as well. He would be a VERY busy man. There would be other people in the company who could deal with questions without wasting the good Doctors time. Sure this company has things it can be doing better and could do with the odd suggestion but IMO emailing the CEO should be done sparingly, if at all. They are getting professionals in to deal with some of their weaknesses. The less time they are wasting in replying to Hot Copper emails the more time they can spend actually running the business. Just my thoughts...
