Answer => everyone, except the oilers!

You'd be crazy to think there is going to be a recession! When the lockdown is finished (in a couple of weeks) it will be red hot boom time all over again, particularly for businesses. With everyone benefiting from cheap petrol, mortgage holidays, rent free periods, $20K from their super, double decker dole payments and to top it off - half a trillion dollar cash splash plus another half a trillion dollars to stimulate the economy - an economy awash with loose money! Plus, the global stimulus is around 20 trillion, China included!!! It makes the GFC stimulus look like petty cash!
