Maybe I'm wrong but I think there may be more to this. Incentive as well as retention options were rejected and I note that it was a pretty close call in the vote. I note that Neville Wran has also resigned. I would have thought he might come in handy wrt relations with Government at some stage. Is anyone more enlightened as to what really happened? It certainly didn't do the share price any good but then again, it didn't come out as a price sensetive announcement.
