Retail investors might as well not exist to this management. Why bother building up wealth in a company with long term investment when they just give it away to 'sophs', directly penalizing the loyal holders (again!).

I've had enough, sentiment change, we should all sell and they can just take the company private, dispense with the illusion of anything else.
