    the announcement on the 14th is pretty special in terms of gold grades. this has a gold plant , plenty of cash ,mining permits and excellent future gold prospects. some are selling good on them but this could multi bag on one good piece of news. look at DEG it went from 6 cents to 35. DEG have no plant on their leases i see. this is dirt cheap and yes a seller is dumping. he is getting bought out and will miss out on bigger gains going forward IMO.
