if it was the family home and min mortgagee why would you worry....we think he bought late and has a big mortgage....said he was going to rent for the next 10 years...its all covered in a thread

take out the buying and selling costs and he's probably lost...if he can sell for the asking price....apparently its a pretty ordinary unit for sydney
