That part was held in closed court otherwise what would be the point of the whole interlocutory hearing if the contentious bit was heard in open court anyway!

We await Her Honour's judgement re ISX application to suppress ASX statement of reasons. If she were to dismiss the application, what was discussed in closed court will become quite obvious when ASX release their statement of reasons.

You are conflating "confidential" with "contentious". Matters may be discussed in closed court that are immaterial, yet still be confidential.
In fact, towards the end of the hearing, both parties indicated that some portions of exhibits currently suppressed could have that suppression lifted under agreement.
