Keeping to the topic of the AGM resolutions I have cast my vote as follows.

I have elected Anthony Tse to be my proxy rather than the chairman, and have sent a note to Anthony letting him know.
Anthony Tse has historically saved the company on a number of occasions, the failed HKSE listing was his first baptism of fire where he raised exactly the same amount when it didn't go ahead.
Martin Rowley also did well at taking part in saving the company, though we are in unique and uncertain times which whilst I see change is required at the same time the company will require experience in not only the lithium industry and also the connections that they have. - I don't see that Martin offers any of that and I have been disappointed in the way that his stewardship has guided the company into one of making excuses rather than taking action.
The delay of action at Sal De Vida post Martin Rowley having his photo taken at Sal De Vida really dwells on my mind. He his in the shadows for so long happy to provide his annual update, then once Anthony completed the transaction he wanted to take the lime light.
Like many I have become disenchanted by the company once they threw Anthony in the boot, after Martin made HIS decision to hire Simon. (He says it in his little note on the annual report)
I think it's time to toss Martin out the door, give the man who has the connections in the market the steering wheel and move on.
Post AGM if Martin Rowley is still there, I will probably move on like most of you I am guessing.
I hope everyone is well and safe.
Thanks for reading.
