Biotron were internally nominated, that we can be sure of. This appears to get them screening and later, lab work. Imho, they will be at the head of a long list of potential players. So, they should be grant recipients already, but the list is not published, as it is not final.

Notwithstanding, I think they will be conducting their own tests in a lab of their choosing elsewhere. There is no money to rush any of this.
