I suggest you first acquire a copy of the Articles of Association this should detail procedures to follow in notifying the company secretary on what resolutions you wish to put forth at AGM to be considered.
That if such clauses exist...I would suspect so.
There would be a time frame to adhere to between the company secretary getting an advice from shareholders and calling of the AGM. Any notice by shareholders should be delivered before that time frame commences.
If you propose the removal of anyone bear in mind you are agreeing to the payout of his or her contract.
Dammed if you do and dammed if you don't.
