This is the main point here! This is the 2nd time now they have raised when they have plenty of cash & absolutely no need to do so! They never make sense in their decisions! Why did they put such a defensive reply out to the AFR article when thsy could've simply fronted up with a noble reply, stating they would do the raise. This way, coming out clean! How can this not be litigation material if found the AFR article was correct? Wouldn't that mean DEG acted unlawfully by not fronting with the truth about upcoming CR , in their response? Whitewashed lie? One can easily join the dots now....
