So if the fund purchases September futures, then for the fund to break even, the oil price needs to get to the September futures oil price when selling the contract. If the oil prices rises over that, then the fund will be in profit.

I get all these...thanks mate...

can you or anyone just give me a clear answer on:

"let's say we are at $15 for June future and $30 for Sept and if they do the swap tonight, would the price of OOO be halved?'

And also, in the ann it says it'll be actions immediately, does this mean the swap is already taken place? or it's not taken place yet? if not, when?
