The customs fee is just the TNT fee that they charge for their "services". IN this instance, to try to rip you off

The Certificate of Origin or COO, has to be provided by the supplier. In this case Zoono, in which they have to apply for it and pay for it to obtain a certificate. I dont think you'll get it and probably not worth the hassle. If you want you can try to push that it is clearly a NZ product and all that but without it you dont have much hope. I dont think Zoono will provide you a COO. I certainly wouldn't if I was them, especially as they are clearly so busy right now.
