123 - do you smell internal litigation within direct/indirect parties? If so, this one could go into indefinite suspension unless they come clean with the AGM/EGM resolutions and raise money via IMO ethical means.

Hope no-one is holding this one IMO as it appears to be slightly dangerous.

IMO, I cannot find another micro resource stock that is more in danger of going into v/a. Some have $1 - $2m in cash but this one has nothing but coffee money.

I have no idea how they are going to raise any money apart from, possibly, a small underwritten rights issue to keep them on life support.

Good case study and keep them under the microscope IMO.
