MODS I know some of this is O/T, I am just trying to relate to PNV people what can happen from experience, so please be lenient.

And just as an aside, I am talking from experience here, with two companies that got an American CEO who then talked the board into becoming the main headquarters, one went bust because the US controlled any sales, they basically let the company die and the US Government got what they wanted for nothing and Australian pollies were in on it, another brilliant Aussie invention.
The other was a company called Novogen, they went to the US and then they sold to another US company called MEIP (Marshall Edwards) I now own MEIP shares but the US IRS are very difficult to deal with, especially if you hold in a SMSF.
A new Novogen eventually did restart back here in OZ and became Kazia KZA, I was allocated the exact same number of shares I held in the old Novogen, but KZA did do a reverse split of 1 for 10, since then it has been a hard road, but they are getting back on their feet now.

And we have another example that only recently decided this same move, they also had a US domiciled CEO, I think we all know who they are?
