Substantial Shareholders Based on the notifications required under the Corporations Act 2001, the recently released annual report for Greater Pacific Gold Limited for the current year lists among its substantial shareholders as at 19 September 2008 the following parties:

Holder Shares Grand Enterprises Pty Ltd 96,044,235

Meroliza Pty Ltd 91,304,146

Mr Dean Scook 91,304,146

However none of these parties has been a shareholder of the company since June 2008 or earlier and consequently the company has requested them to immediately lodge the required notification of ceasing to be substantial shareholders in compliance with the obligations under

section 671B of the Corporations Act 2001.
