Is it the big 4 banks that you are referring too
So every body other than ISX play by the rules.
I think that is a far fetched statement.
ISX play by the rules its just that Asx do not understand the complex company ISX is.
The Asx cannot get their version of part of ISX tech up and running which goes to the lack of understanding in this market place.
