It is now time for the directors to make an ASX annoucement that gives all shareholders a road map of Solagran's future path and one that puts their own self interests behind them.
They weren't the only ones to lose shares, so why should they be compensated. Leave it to the courts to decide the outcome, which has been mentioned, may take years.
The Opes/ANZ dilemma has set the company back 6 months. Time now for the directors to forget about it and concentrate on the business.
