Something has got to give because the share price is just too irrational based on the public information.....
The company itself said it would only now be buying back shares from 'operating cash flows'
For SGN, that means, funds available after they have paid dividends and after their continual acquisitions.....as in they won't go into debt to pay dividends....
Unless there have been some breaches of the Corporations Act in 'continual reporting', they do not 'need' to raise capital since they are comfortably inside their banking covenants and their balance sheet should be improving assuming they have stopped acquisitions
None of this explains the share price which is way too cheap!!
