My Estimates are fair and conservative with what is already known.

The current resource has not factored the ridge, McIntyre North/South, based on the host lithology mapping, the likelihood of the systems joining and assays, this region contains at least a 200Koz+ resource all at shallow depths. A simple block model resource will give you a good estimate of this.

This alone could justify the the recommissioning of the sandstone plant & yes it is in their vision that this processing plant could possibly be the central processing hub for the sandstone district.

All other targets withing proximity existing mineralized zones.

Prospecting is based on future pacing. It is a risk/reward play. At the current SP, MDI is massively undervalued, you cannot doubt this.

Do you seriously think that at the completion of the PFS the SP is going to remain what it is today? You don't think the SP is going to gap up on each announcement?

Are you someone who likes to buy at peak prices?

Just stating the obvious and even if my estimates are 30% off, doesn't matter, because the development is still compelling and the SP will be be multiples of what is currently is.
