Commercial vehicles will go way faster than you think. It's already underway. It's happen very fast as soon as it's financially better to do so (and finance / capital is available to do it - which will be hampered a little by Corona). That time is very, very close - in some way already here.

Once consumers see the benefits and savings afforded to businesses - they'll ramp up their interest even more than it currently is - boats around the same timeline.

Planes will come much later because of the testing and regulatory stuff required.

The tipping point is probably 5-6 years.
