"where would you look to increase efficiency?"
Efficiency would imply the use of the resource with which it delivered the maximum benefit to society and shareholders, correct?
It seems some may have misinterpreted this concept.
I have, at great personal risk, intercepted the following schematic from the local Greenies office. It appears that, for some time now, they have been praying to Gaia for failure of the HAB1 / HAB3 circuit, allowing them to retrofit the wells to suit their own dark purposes - their own 'green' agenda.
Dark times.
